Sondra Yantz – Executive Director
Sondra has been with Charter Senior Living for over five years. Sondra is honored to be serving the residents, families, and staff of the Linden community as the Executive Director and as a Dementia Care Practitioner. Prior to that she served as the Executive Director/Director of Sales and Marketing at the Bay City Community. She boasts over 15 years’ experience within the many beautiful aspects of senior living and dementia care.
Sondra is married to Michael, a man that has made her laugh for over 37 years. She has an amazing daughter, Ruby, and recently welcomed a son-in-law, Justin. Sondra’s personal and home life is peaceful, joyous, and faith-filled with days spent enjoying her family and the spirit of love.
Marissa Mazen – Senior Sales and Marketing Director
With over eight years of experience in senior living, Marissa Mazen serves as the Senior Sales and Marketing Director at Charter Senior Living of Linden, where she is dedicated to enhancing the human spirit of our senior living residents. After being the Senior Sales and Marketing Director at our Davison, MI, community for seven years, Marissa transitioned to the Linden community at the beginning of 2024. Driven by a deep passion for supporting families during one of the most important transitions of their lives, Marissa is committed to ensuring every moment is filled with care, connection and compassion. Outside of work, Marissa is married to her husband, Allan, who she shares a beautiful family of two little girls with. In addition to being a mom, she enjoys her time as the coach for the Davison High School Dance Team, as well as the Vice President of the Davison Area Chamber of Commerce.
Kelleigh Peddy – Nurse
With 20 years of experience in health care and 18 years as a dedicated Nurse, Kelleigh Peddy is passionate about advocating for seniors and their families, specializing in Parkinson’s and dementia care. Taking a holistic approach, she focuses on the physical, emotional and social aspects of health to address the unique challenges these conditions present. She is committed to enhancing the quality of life for her patients through compassionate care, education and support. Kelleigh’s goal is to empower individuals and their loved ones by providing the resources and guidance they need to navigate their health care journeys.
Maggie Sian – Dining Services Director
Maggie started her journey with Charter Senior Living as the Dining Services Director (DSD) in the spring of 2022, at the Bay City community. Shortly after, Maggie earned the role of Senior DSD and supports several other Charter communities. In the fall of 2024, Maggie transferred to the Linden community. Maggie is dedicated to serving her residents, staff, and guests delicious, nutritious, and beautiful meals. She enjoys creating stand-out events with amazing food, treats, and beverages.
Maggie and her husband Ed, own a micro farm in the thumb area of Michigan. The farm helps them to maintain their goats, pigs, chickens, geese, and ducks. Maggie has one son and daughter-in-law who gave her three beautiful grandchildren. Charter has been such a blessing to her and her family that her son Cody now serves as the DSD at another Charter community.
Meagan Builte – Health and Wellness Director
Meagan serves Charter Senior Living of Linden as the Health and Wellness Director, she comes to the Linden Community with over 15 years of experience in the healthcare field. Meagan has worked in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, and memory care in diverse roles including Health and Wellness Director, Director of Infection Control and Staff Development, and Clinical Compliance. Meagan has developed a well-rounded approach to leadership and resident care, with a strong focus on clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and resident advocacy.
Originally from Fenton, Meagan earned her nursing degree in North Carolina where she began her career before returning to Michigan to be closer to her family and friends. Meagan is a passionate advocate for residents, and she is committed to finding meaningful ways to enhance quality of life. Her leadership is rooted in dignity, respect, and a commitment to compassionate, person-centered care.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Meagan enjoys shopping, spending time with family and friends, sipping coffee, and advancing her nursing education. She also adores spending time with her Miniature Australian Shepherd, Bougie.
Sara Cobb – Memory Care Director
Sara started her journey with Charter Senior Living over three years ago at the Bay City community. Sara served as a Medication Technician, Lead Med Tech, and then was promoted to Senior Lead. Sara transferred to Charter Senior Living of Linden December of 2024 as the Resident Care Coordinator and transitioned into her current role as the Flourish Memory Care Director in May of 2025. She has earned her certificate as a Dementia Care Practitioner during this time.
Sara has a fun-filled home life. She enjoys fishing and boating. She has three nephews and two nieces she adores and spends as much time with each of them as she can. Sara is also a dog mom to Henry the Basset Hound who makes frequent visits to the community to brighten everyone’s day!
